Responsibilities:

• Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products face to face, instant messaging, telesales and other communication tools. It involves a deep understanding of the educational needs of students and discussing with parents on meeting those needs.
• Pursue sales opportunities and close the deals effectively via offline events or roadshows and through follow-ups on online and offline leads.
• Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
• Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
• Attend any marketing events when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

We would love for you to have:

• Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in sales, experience in telesales will be an added advantage.
• High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic towards the customer.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Able to commit 3-weekdays and 2-weekend work schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Coordinator for Events and Ads Space

• Reach out to tenants using an existing database
• Handle enquiries, coordinate with tenants and prospective ad space buyers
• Help in the preparation of contracts and quotations
• Coordinate with tenants from the start to the end of the contract
• Oversee installation and teardown of ad materials
• Prepare Status Report

Administrative Support:

• General Office Matters:

1. Office maintenance, such as answering phone calls, maintaining office hygiene and supplies
2. Handle staff-related matters such as insurance contracts, staff claims, leave records, recruitment
3. Managing petty cash
4. Assist in processing government claims, subsidies, courses

• Assist the Client Servicing Team:

1. Preparing and processing invoices
2. Tracking expenses
3. Managing clients’ accounts receivable
4. Coordinate with clients and suppliers
5. Shipping and delivery of items
6. Ad hoc research

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Business Studies
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
