We are seeking a well qualified candidate to join us as Large Language Models (LLM) Engineer.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, deploy and optimize Large Language Models and machine learning solutions into production either on-premises or on cloud platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver custom solutions.

· Extend prototypes and improve them to robust and scalable solutions.

· Design and fine-tune large language models for specific applications.

· Efficiently handle large language models in production environments to enable (almost) real-time solutions.

· Build and run ML pipelines, and deploy models that improve accuracy of various process steps within our pipeline.

· Write technical papers, reports, and document best practices.

Important Personal Traits:

· Learning oriented and keen on stay updated on cutting-edge advancements in large language models and NLP.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in NLP or a similar role.

· Understanding of data structures, data modeling, ML algorithms and software architecture.

· Experience writing code in Python+ ML frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn).

· Practical experience with ML cloud Services on AZure or AWS (I.e. Azure ML,Amazon SageMaker or MLFlow)

· Basic understanding of access management, e.g. IAM and RBAC

· Optimization experience in areas such as deep learning computational frameworks is a plus

· Masters or PHD degree in a relevant field (Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)

Good to have:

· Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar).

· Solid understanding and practical experience with Git, Linux, Containers and Kubernetes.

· Basic understanding of infrastructure aspects including networking and storage.

· Familiarity with GPU hardware architecture, proficiency in CUDA, etc.,

· Cloud Certifications – ML Speciality.

Roles and responsibilities:

To provide excellent customer service towards stakeholders and external customers.

Scope of work:

· Perform basic functionality inspection on Demo/Loaner asset that are returned to store after loan.

· Perform in-house inspection, assessment and troubleshooting of medical equipment that are sent in for repair.

· Conduct detailed investigation for complaints on medical equipment and prepare reports as required.

· Perform Quality Checks on Medical equipment after repair.

· Conduct On-Job Scope Handling, Inspection Practices, Trainings, and Culture Induction for Interns.

· Perform On-Job Medical equipment Assessment, Repair and Quality Assurance Checks for Engineers.

· Performing 5s Housekeeping such as organising things in order, cleaning, and setting up procedures on a regular basis.

· Adopt customer centric approach.

· To ensure QAQC achieved all KPIs.

· Any other work-related ad hoc duties as assigned

About the Role

As our Strategic Alliance Manager, Southeast Asia, you will be:

• Recruiting and activating partners in line with the regional Partners Strategy and under an engagement model appropriate for the SEA market.
• Developing business through partners to access market opportunities and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Developing the partners’ skills and product knowledge and ensuring they have what they need to be successful.
• Working with internal Thomson Reuters stakeholders to ensure they provide appropriate support for our partners in South East Asia.
• Build partnership network. Review suitability of existing partners, identify new suitable partners, negotiate and finalise partnership agreements. Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and experience dealing with C Level executives will be required.
• Work with partners to identify opportunities, build and review pipeline and execute on sales opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Drive sales strategy and planning jointly with partners through strategic relationships, joint account planning and clear go to market approach. Increase partner reach, frequency and yield, as KPIs to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Orchestrate sales, marketing, operations, learning and support to the partners.
• Build a partner virtual support team within Thomson Reuters business units and support functions across the region. Strong coordination skills as well as leadership skills will be required.
• Develop an effective partner ecosystem to leverage cross sell, up sell, and competitor displacement opportunities. Business development skills, commercial acumen and market knowledge will be required.
• Develop and maintain a robust governance model for partnerships in SEA.
• Leverage resources using your influence and authority across business units, functions, regions, and within and outside of the company.

About You

You’re a fit for our Strategic Alliance Manager, Southeast Asia if you possess the following qualifications and experiences:

• 8+ years of business development and or sales/partnership experience with large enterprise technology companies in SEA
• ERP solution experience is a plus
• Strong executor of strategies within the SEA market to establish effective alliances with identified partners.
• Successful track record of developing new business and leading multiple strategic partnerships. Demonstrated level of success in achieving sales/revenue targets over a significant period of time.
• Strategic thinker, comfortable with complexity; able to apply a regional perspective to ensure global alignment to broader strategies and framework.
• Strong networks in relevant industries and evidence of long-term collaborative relationships with external customers and partners. Aptitude for identifying and solving customer problems through creative solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Experience in collaborating across the business and achieve buy in, engagement and commitment from other internal parties. Able to rapidly build strong and effective relationships internally across the business and with Partner’s organization.

Job Description:

Internal Processes and Reporting

1. Establish and maintain Quality Management System in both local and SEA region.
2. Develop or update procedures and SOPs for quality system process to ensure continuous process improvement is met.
3. Support audit readiness, conduct and prepare for regulatory or external audit as well as internal quality audits to ensure timely execution according to defined schedules.
4. Execute recall or field corrective actions and other post-market surveillance activities within impacted countries in the SEA region.
5. Participate in handling non-conformity, corrective and preventive actions, documentations, supplier quality across the organization’s sites.
6. Assist administration of management review process, including maintaining compliance to quality system data metric analysis, monitor and trend quality indicators to proactively report or escalate issues to QRA manager.
7. Track and monitor both Singapore and Regional KPIs including QA performance and develop monthly and/or quarterly analysis and reports for reporting to Management.
8. Execute other tasks and projects, as assigned by QRA manager.

Project Support, Training and Continuous Improvement

1. Provide QA support to new business development projects for potential or new onboarding customers.
2. Conduct training (both internal and refresher training) on standards and procedure, quality related programs and quality management procedure.
3. Conduct process mapping and identify areas of improvement and implement steps required to improve processes within QA and other functions.
4. Responsible for planning and implementation of QA related projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Life science, biomedical engineering-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional team.
• Able to converse in proficient Chinese.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiar with GDP and GDPMDS is a plus.
• Familiar with quality management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Root Cause Analysis) is a plus.
• Having quality assurance experience is a plus.
