Job Description

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects
• Manage project budgets, monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that expenses align with the budgeted amounts
• Analyze tender outcome and prepare detailed reports for review and submit and discuss with Senior QS
• Make sure the accurate and detailed cost estimation of construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs
