A. FUNDRAISING

Role: We are looking for a Content Creator who can create interesting content for different media platforms (with a focus on digital platforms). This includes making videos, graphics, podcasts, and articles that are appealing to and effective for the target audience. The Content Creator will use photos, videos, text, and other media to convey the brand’s message. They must have an eye for design, be creative, have good technical skills and a pulse on current trends.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with the latest news and trends in the ice cream and wider food and beverage industry, as well as stay in touch with pop culture and trends
• Research industry-related topics
• Create engaging content for the company website, newsletter and social media or digital accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Ensure that all content is SEO-optimised, well-researched, and fits the brand’s tone of voice.
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments, shares, etc)
• Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
• Update website content as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that work cohesively
• Manage and update a content calendar
• Use metrics to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B IT company, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology/media company.
• Experience influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization while leading large projects/programs.
• Experience with Project Management, CRM systems, Lean, Six-Sigma, Kanban, Business Process Design (BPD) Business Process Improvement (BPI), ERP, and Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience presenting and facilitating workshops.
