Job Description

The Research Fellow in Computational Immunology/Bioinformatics will play a key role in advancing our research projects by conducting expert analyses of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data. This includes single-cell RNA sequencing, T-/B-cell receptor analysis, long-read sequencing, and spatial omics analysis using imaging data. The fellow will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of leading immunologists, oncologists, and AI scientists, contributing to pioneering research that utilizes diverse data types, ranging from cell lines to clinical samples. Job Responsibilities

• Develop robust bioinformatics pipelines for analysing TCR and in-situ tumor-immune spatial organization using long-read sequencing and high-plex immunofluorescence data, respectively.

A Research Officer position is available in Dr. Anand Andiappan Lab at the Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN). The RO position is to support the research work of the team that focuses on studying the role of immune system in eczema and allergies. The candidate will work on primary cells from cohorts and cell culture systems towards understanding immune pathophysiology of disease. Additional work involves cellular and stimulation assays with flow cytometry and FACS analysis along with imaging by confocal microscopy, and associated data analysis with statistical tested.

Position Overview
