Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the teams of Service and Work Order (SWO) and Requisition in managing daily tasks

• Follow up with vendors/contractors on goods delivery/work progress, invoices and required documents

• Perform documentation and other administrative duties

Job Specifications

• Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, be tactful and diplomatic in handling of relationships and working well with all levels of personnel
• A good team player upholding integrity and honesty in all dealings
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays or irregular working hours when required
• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence will be of an advantage

• Attend to walk-in customers, issue Sales Order.
