• Perform on-site machining, flange facing, X-Y milling, boring and drilling jobs.
• To lead as team leader and perform in-situ grinding on crankshaft crankpin, fillet re-grinding & main journal and annealing of crankpin.
• Perform In-situ machining using the single point cutting slide on crankpin and shaft.
• Line boring of engine main bearing pockets including laser alignment/flatness check.
• Interpret customer drawings, dimensions & tolerances and requirements
• Prepare and pack tools for the job and arrange transport through SCM dept.
• On completion of inspection, record dimensions with reports on both hard and soft copy using Goltens templates including providing repair recommendation.
• If defects are identified, dimensional or visual, inform the Supervisor for decision.
• Prepare daily site report with photographs and send to office by end of each day by email.
• Timely and professionally handle service calls and issues arising from the field visits.
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
• Perform daily & preventive maintenance of equipment.

Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator (Site) shall assist and support the Senior Manager in coordinating and monitoring and arranging the site projects on-going, communicating between the office, workers, subcontractors and clients on site. Provide timely updates and suggestions to Senior Manager for timely implementations to ensure work efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

· Arrange and task ground staff with instruction from Office to support site executions on projects.

· Control and Maintains project schedules by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems in specific to manpower and materials / tools needed.

· Support in sourcing project material, tools, and equipment to support the start and during the course of the projects.

· Account and maintain the inventory of material, tools, and equipment of the projects before/during/after.

· Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Acts as safety ground coordinator to ensure safety awareness and maintenance of the ground staff.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard the next generation of new medical products from software-related risks that can potentially harm patients and users.
• Be the fore-front expert in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning Technologies best practices.
• Conducting thorough reviews of code for quality, correctness, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements and coding standards.
• Identify performance and safety issues, logical errors, potential security vulnerabilities, and deviations from coding standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to manufacturers on compliance issues and deviation from best practices.
• Review usability studies and human factors engineering documentation to ensure that AI systems are designed for safe and effective use
• Deep understanding of technical documentation requirements for software-enabled medical devices, including but not limited to AI algorithms, identifying potential hazards and evaluating risk mitigation strategies specific to AI.
• Evaluating risk management files for software-enabled medical devices, including risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk control measures to ensure appropriate identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in software development and/or AI technologies (this includes the time for master’s & PhD Thesis)
• Preferably with 4 years exposure in the medical/ healthcare industry with knowledge on medical standards and regulations for example, ISO13485, EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR)
• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and articulate assessment findings clearly and professionally.
• Strong technical writing abilities to provide clear and concise feedback on the technical documentation and communicate assessment findings effectively.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team and under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
