The Signature Research Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) aims to pioneer the development and discovery of new and more effective methods for the treatment, prevention and control of new and emerging pathogens. The key outcome of the research will be the early identification of new pathogens, out of which new diagnostic tests, treatments and control strategies will be developed.

This position is for a full-time Senior Research Fellow position. The Laboratory of Virus Evolution (LoVE) studies rapidly evolving respiratory RNA viruses including influenza, parainfluenza and coronaviruses. Our research helps to understand the molecular drivers of virus evolution and population dynamics, and their influence on virulence and pathogenicity.

The candidate is expected to play a critical role in generating and fostering a cutting-edge, interdisciplinary research environment. JOB SUMMARY

The food and beverage crew is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and beverages. The F&B crew fulfills any other duties the café manager assigns and represents shop in a professional manner.We take pride in every aspect of our work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm. The Barista Position is responsible for providing high-quality coffee and drinks for our guests while ensuring a clean, fast and friendly café environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coffee and Tea Master duties include but shall not be limited to:

· Preparation of hot & cold beverages

· Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.

· Sells and serves drink and food items to customers.

· Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu

· Answers customer questions regarding coffee, drinks preparation, and product freshness.

· Competently prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for espresso-based drinks

Duties & Responsibilities

 Assesses and provides a formal diagnosis of developmental conditions

(e.g. Autism, Dyslexia, Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome,

Dyspraxia) through a written report

 Conducts IQ tests and provides reports for enrolment in Special

Education Schools

 Provides Psychology assessments for exemption of second language or

accommodation for children with learning challenges

 Provides Individual Education Plan (IEP) for clients

 Conduct school and home visits, if needed.

 Holds social skills classes on topics such as turn-taking, anger

management etc.

 Provides parent training to parents of children with developmental

needs on topics such as play skills, introducing non-verbal

communication etc.

 Establishes a good network of and maintains good relations with other

professionals in the field

 Be proactive in keeping abreast of developments in the field of Child

and Educational Psychology

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with Headquarter Sales, System engineer and Customers to perform the full process related to ICT services billing.
• Manage contract renewal for ICT services with legal team and customers.
• Carry out monthly forecast planning and annual business planning together in SAP.
• Interpret usage data from system in Korean language for billing task.
• Follow up on payment with customers according to payment terms. Escalate payment issues to Group leader and Finance timely.
• Facilitate the clarification and resolution of usage issues accurately and promptly with customers, HQ Sales and engineers.
• Support internal and external audit relating to services billing.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Customer or Sales support, Business Operation and Finance role, preferably in IT Infrastructure environment.
• Understand full spectrum of Sales Management (which includes management of contracts, monitor and support projects).
• Preferably knowledge in Salesforce and SAP (SD, PS, MM and CO module etc.)
• Possess intermediate level of technical, financial and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Advance level).
• Strong numeracy skills.

• Able to work under stress and deliver within tight deadlines.

Requirement:

• Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
