Job Description:

• Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
• Performs data entries, prepares, and assists in day-to-day operation in accounting
• Record expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers based on invoice details
• Handle payment processing by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Prepare staff claims
• Identify and address any irregularities found during invoice processing.
• File documents for record-keeping
• Maintain accurate cash books, oversee cash flow
• Assist preparation of quarterly GST submission
• Assist on monthly closing
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
• Travel and Event Coordination: career fair, quarterly award (every 3 month), company trip and company dinner.
• Vendors and suppliers management for office-related services.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and mail distribution.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and vendors to ensure efficient administration of employee benefits.
• Perform other general admin support and accounting duties as assigned.

Job requirement:

• At least GCE ‘O’ Level/Nitec/ ITE / Diploma with basic Finance/Accounting knowledge
• Entry level are welcome to apply
• Able to start immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage
• Basic computer literacy
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking and open to acquire new skills/knowledge
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Able to work independently
