JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Front Office Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling room reservation operations in the hotel.
• Handle tour groups/ ad-hoc groups, convention bookings and other correspondence pertaining to contracts by commercial companies, Travel Agents and Airlines.
• Ensure that the Front Desk staff, Reservation Agents are kept up to date with information concerning the hotel and department.
• Ensure that all daily transactions are keyed into the computer system and updated.
• Handle all incoming mails for reservations and highlights the important requirements and information.
• Attend to all replies for letters and fax with regard to room reservations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Finance/ Accounting/ related field or equivalent, preferably qualified ACCA/ ISCA ;

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role which is part of the Supply Chain will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing automation capabilities, as well as developing a team of automation and maintenance technicians under the incumbents charge.

Responsibilities

• Support automation maintenance team in performing regular preventive/corrective/ predictive /conditions based / ad hoc / reliability centred based maintenance on storage systems, equipment, and packaging machines that would ensure optimal operation with minimal disruption to supply chains operation.
• Support Automation Maintenance Lead on complex diagnostics and repair malfunctioning complex logistics and packaging equipment.
• Support installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of storage systems and packaging equipment in project phase as team representative.
• Support automation team in maintaining industrial control systems for automated equipment ( Software / hardware)
• Deep Dive and Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods.
• Provide engineering support for the modifications of robotic and automation systems.
• Work closely with operations and automation teams to ensure that all automation equipment and processes meet safety standards and comply with company policies.
• Support in prepare reports about system performance and breakdowns from technicians, for management.
• To be able to support Automation Maintenance Lead and technicians in identifying and resolving process related issues.
• Work with Team to formulate work instructions / safety risk assessment / Continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to calculate and identify bottlenecks in process flow to prevent bottlenecks and formulate backup plans with the operations team as a preventive measure.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Bachelor Degree is preferable
• Major in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Automation Control
• 3 years+ working experience in Integrator/ automation equipment manufacture/ warehouse automation project. Or 5 years+ after service experience in automation project
• Familiar with AutoCAD
• Familiar with device in automation
• Able to work on shift hours

• Perform Despatch Operation, including route planning and stocks release to transporters
• Update Transport Management System (TMS) promptly and accurately
• Comply with all SOP and Audit requirements
• Execute daily works efficiently, and achieve high productivity and accuracy
• Work closely with different stakeholders e.g. transporters, warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

Driving a van for Company's catering of food with related equipment/utensils for catering for corporate events and private functions, and includes loading and unloading food and catering equipment and timely delivery.
