Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as Cafe Service Staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. As part of a vibrant and dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have a pleasant experience and that the cafe operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take and process customer orders accurately, including menu recommendations and special requests.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, counter, and kitchen space.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and effective manner.
• Assist in cash handling, processing payments, and providing change as needed.
• Restock supplies, manage inventory, and ensure that the cafe is fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Support team members with daily tasks and provide assistance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor and manage café cleanliness, including tidying up after service and during downtime.
• Prepare and serve basic food items, such as sandwiches, pastries, or drinks, if needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a cafe, restaurant, or similar customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and providing change.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a 6-day work week, with 8-hour shifts excluding lunch breaks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of Salesforce implementation.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understanding
• provide strategic direction and thought leadership, advising on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions to enhance the Salesforce implementation and drive business value
• Design the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, application design, security model, and integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements
• Lead technical discussions and decisions, providing guidance to development teams on architectural choices, platform limitations, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the technical solution meets functional and non-functional requirements, and aligns with the enterprise roadmap

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
• 8-9 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
• Relevant Salesforce certifications
• Experience in Salesforce architecture and design
• Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous.
