Job Summary

1. Set programme management framework

• Provide inputs and support to develop programme management framework, tools, and systems.
• Design training programmes for effective application of the framework.
• Support governance of programme management framework through audits.
• Guide Project Managers in adopting the framework.

2. Develop programme plan

• Create integrated programme plans, including detailed activities, resource planning, and cost estimation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish programme goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Review programme plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures.
• Acquire programme requirements such as human resources, information, agreements, and technology.
• Guide Project Managers to align plans with programme objectives.
• Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews, including status reports and risk identification.

3. Manage teams

• Oversee team management, including budgets, forecasting, work allocations, and staffing.
• Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and career discussions.
• Define common goals, direction, and accountability among staff.
• Implement effective performance management practices in line with organizational policies.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent discipline
• 5~6 years of SAP consulting or related module operation experience
• Experience in operating S4HANA PCE, BTP platforms, SAP SaaS based solutions – SuccessFactors, SAP CX, Concur will be advantageous
• Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Korean will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Workflow with a strong grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, and architectures.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily production activities like loading/unloading of packaged chemicals, preweigh raw materials, monitor and feed equipment, pack finished goods.

This role involves translating engineering concepts into practical designs, preparing detailed diagrams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Process Designer collaborates with engineers to support process improvements, plant layouts, and efficient equipment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design and Drafting:Develop detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment layouts.
  Work with process engineers to create accurate design documentation, including material balances, equipment specifications, and system schematics.
  Utilize CAD software and design tools to produce high-quality, accurate drawings and layouts.
  
• Project Collaboration and Coordination:Coordinate with other design disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural) to ensure cohesive designs that meet project requirements.
  Support engineering teams by participating in project meetings, design reviews, and site visits when necessary.
  Assist in the creation of as-built documentation and work with project managers to ensure that designs align with budget, timeline, and client specifications.
