Job Scope:

The successful candidates will be involved in the operations of the assigned process plant units involving work in the field and at the control panel:

• Perform field patrolling to monitor site conditions and take corrective actions to ensure safe and smooth plant operations
• Perform frontline trouble-shooting to address deviations, improve plant reliability & process safety
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and re-commissioning activities
• Ensure safe and smooth operation of plant facilities, such as exchangers, rotating equipments etc

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology, OR
• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Chemical Process Technology, OR
• GCE ’O’ Level with credits in Physics or Chemistry, and Mathematics
• Must be prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Job Purpose

Responsibilities include working closely with Operations Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans on resources and timeframes for jobs. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling and along with administrative duties to maintain documentations. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all jobs are completed timely and meet with quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage customers job requests with proactive solution based approach.
• Confirm jobs into job database and prepare complete documentation.
• Facilitate pre-job coordination with operations executives/controllers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• To follow-up on issues during job execution which require multi-liaisons with stakeholders.
• To ensure proactive email communication among stakeholders in view to confirm document proof of job instructions and agreements.
• Provide real-time updates on job progress and provide POD copy at the earliest.
• Address effectively admin/operational issues and adherence to SOPs.
• To ensure pre-job and post-job documentation are in order to ensure smooth billing workflow.
• Provide statistical data when required.
• Any other activities as assigned by Assistant Manager & Operations Manager, Conventional Operations.

Element has an opportunity for a Laboratory Technician for sample preparation & testings. He/She also needs to assist chemist in laboratory testing, and on-site sampling (if required).

This role is based in Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore.

Job Duties:

• Prepare chemical mixture and reagents
• Treatment of wasterwater at trade effluent plant to ensure discharge compliance
• Clean and return of laboratory glassware

As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

Job Duties:

• Perform Calibration and Measurement of Dimension gauges and instruments as per WI using CMM, reference master, tester etc (on-site and in-house) with report and necessary administrative work
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as schedule and assigned
• Ensure proer delivery of service to customer(s)
• Help manager to manage day-to-day calibration work in the labs reference to ISO17025 standard, eg. Quality/ Job Planning/ Job Assignment/ Customer Requirements etc
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager/ Section Head/ Senior staff

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Aerospace/ Precision or Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years or more experience in Calibration and Measurement of Dimension is preferred
• Working knowledge of laboratory safety
• Possesses a demonstrated ability to apply academic knowledge within the context of Element’s business
• Can analyze and compiles testing data from the tests performed
• Possess strong computer skills

• Generate sales order, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, quotations, etc.
• Prepare and assist salesman to submit tender and sales quotation
• Assist in order processing and delivery coordination
• Attend to all incoming phone calls and handle customers’ enquiries
