As a Chef you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning, organize and taking care of kitchen equipment as per instruction manuals.
• Monitoring food portion and waste to maintain profit margin.
• Following safety and precautions in all daily activities (carrying heavy load, sharp objects, hot objects etc.)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Import & export SG permit request
• Coordinating cross border shipments (import & export - MY & SG)
• Preparation of documents needed for shipments (permits, custom forms, truck waybill)
• Arranging local transportation
• Daily task include tracking of truck status, customer services, documentations, follow up on the shipment status, updating customs on their booking and POD.
• Occasional billings for permit & storage to customer
• Updating CBT excel shipment file
• Quotation to internal departments
• Ensure smooth daily operation for CBT
• Main contact point for any coordination needed for CBT

Job Requirements:

• Preferably minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Ability to speak Malay
