Responsibilities:

• New Development and Diversion of Services:

- Take charge and coordinate Service laying with main project team (Developer, Main Contractor) and authorities, including deconflicting with others for new build and diversion.

- Project Manage the implementation of underground ducts and Manholes within new development and service diversion.

- Review method statement and coordination drawings and other relevant construction documents.

• Review 3rd party submission on matters related to Netlink Underground Services

• Support Facilities and Maintenance team on Civil & Structural related issues.

• Participate in tender, contract administration

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree with 3-year engineering/construction experience

• Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with extensive relevant experience will be considered

• Experience in infrastructure (Road works) projcts and its geotechnical aspects.

• Exposure in Service coordination with Authorities and Service providers

• Good understanding of Specifications, contracts and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and engineering reports.

• Ablity to review Method statement. Ability to generate method statements is preferred.

About The Job

The Operations Assistant (Laundry) will be responsible for collecting linen / clothes from residents' living area for washing and drying in Peacehaven Nursing Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Tally linen / clothes received at laundry and report any discrepancies to immediate supervisor, for follow-up action
• Sort linen /clothes according to type and place them inside the laundry machine for washing & drying
• Operate laundry equipment
• Fold cleaned linen / clothes
• Deliver cleaned linen/clothes to Residents Living area
• Check for any linen that are torn, faded colours or unfit for use and inform immediate supervisor for replacement action

• Speak basic English

• Physically fit to do light manual task

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

RESPONSIBILITY:

Storekeeper

· Pick and Pack.

· Consolidation, labeling, prepare gate pass and cargo release for the outgoing shipment.

· Incoming inspection, break bulking, system receiving and put away for incoming into system (WMS).

· Retrieve the receiving report and tally against with the incoming documents.

· Perform regular cycle counts on customer’s inventory.

Shipping Coordinator

· Managing and checking on daily order send via email or EDI by the customer.

· Manage and creating the order and generating the pick slip from WMS or perform system transaction in customer’s system. SAP, Oracle etc.

· Ensure all the orders are shipped on time and transaction are being done correctly to meet the KPI.

· Ensure all orders are handover to warehouse for pick and pack.

· Liaise with internal teams (e.g., warehouse and traffic teams) to ship the orders out on time.

· Liaise with external teams (e.g., Forwarders, couriers).

· Perform daily shipment booking with the forwarders and preparing the AWB in courier services’ system.

· Ensure the information printed on the AWBs are declared correctly. (Shipper, Ship to, Value, Bill to account, Inco term etc.)

· Ensure the permits are booked timely and correctly.

· Follow up on internal and external customer’s request promptly to ensure all the orders are shipping on time.

· Maintain a good relationship with the customer.

· Prepare the necessary reports (daily activity, receiving and shipping) to be submitted to customer as per requirement.

· Maintain general cleanliness of the warehouse – 5S, Safety and Security
