8. Train Therapy Aides and Senior Lifestyle Coordinator in conducting therapeutic group activities and ensure staff competency. Provide oversight and guidance to the planning, execution and safety of these therapeutic group activities.
9. Contribute to the development of competency checklists and work flow of therapeutic group activities.
10. Perform periodic audits on Senior Therapy aides, Therapy Aides and Lifestyle Coordinator in conducting occupational therapy interventions and therapeutic group activities and documentations.
11. Participate in multi-disciplinary collaboration for optimal patient outcomes.
12. Initiate sharing and promote learning culture for evidence-based practice.
13. Periodic checking of occupational therapy items and equipment and propose requisition where necessary.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Qualified and registered with AHPC (Full/ Restricted registration).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Prefer someone who is bilingual to communicate with the residents.

• Driver for the company and to support employees (i.e. sending employees to meeting location, for appointment, to MOM, to hospital/clinic , send documents to clients).

SUMMARY OF ROLE

As an Environment, Health, Safety Engineer, you will be the leading the operations for EHS for our Singapore sites for safety matters, EHS trainings and reviewing any procedures. You will also be the advisor for EHS related legislation and requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To maintain and implement environmental, health and safety (EHS) management framework and programs for Singapore sites.
• Educate and train employees on EHS requirements and regulations to promote zero accident culture.
• Advice site management on EHS related legislation and requirements.
• Network with global EHS team for training, new technology applications, and leverage best practices.
• Lead overall Plant Operation Safety matters, EHS training, reviewing Safe Work Procedures and Incident Investigation.
• Responsible for providing technical safety advice to the relevant stakeholders. Mentor stakeholders on EHS Management System.
• Conduct daily walk about (safety inspections) and rectify any safety hazard that is found within the premises promptly.
• Work with other team members of updating the required licenses, approvals and certifications which are necessary for the facilities’ operations and
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in EHS or any Engineering discipline.
• WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (SDWSH) – Level C
• Candidate must have minimum 2 years of EHS related working experience in Manufacturing and/or Semiconductor industries.
• Candidate will need to be Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower
• Candidate must effectively partner and delivers results in a matrix environment; works collaboratively with different (external) engineering and supply chain organizations.
• Candidate will need to have knowledge of local regulation and EHS requirements.

We are currently looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join the team. You will be driving and monitoring the key retail strategies and initiatives, working in close partnership with key stakeholders. Operations:

• Oversee entire retail operations including sales, manpower, inventory, store planning and maintenance and monthly reporting of sales achievement.

Sales:

• Analyse sales reports of each location, indicating key issues, making development plans and taking actions when sales targets are not met.
• Analyse customers’ demographics and purchasing behaviours, working closely with the retail team, to improve our in-store products mix through consolidations, redistributions, and allocation of stocks.

Customer Service:

• Meet and interact with customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Offer exemplary product knowledge to assist customers with their buying decisions.
• Develop customer service SOP and monitor compliance with a view of preventing and minimising customer complaints and better service recovery.
• Facilitate training to retail staff to ensure outstanding customer service standards
• Manage and coach the team on ways to handle customers’ enquiries/feedback/complaints in a professional manner according to the brand’s service standards and expectations.
