QA Associate

The QA Associate coordinates and conducts activities of the Quality Assurance Department to provide overall site function support included manufacturing floor support and ensure quality oversight throughout the facility's operational hours for all ongoing GMP activities.

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant full-time learning support experience as a qualified teacher.
• Candidates must at least possess a Bachelor's degree in Education and qualifications in learning support/learning difficulties/dyslexia teaching and certification and/or membership with local/international professional bodies.
• Familiar with common learning support/remedial/reading intervention programs, theories, tools and methodologies for identification and assessments.
• Must have strong knowledge and experience of the IB PYP curriculum and integration of learning.

What you will do

Customer Order Processing and Shipment Management

• Ensure timeline fulfillment of customer order, backlog management (expediting with various team) and communicate to customer proactively

Customer Collaboration and Improvement

• Continue to seek and drive improvements together with affiliates (order frequency, order level loading, DG management, SWAP planning etc.)
• Participate and work with relevant internal stake holders on projects

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/ Business Administration, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience working in a supply chain environment
• Customer service experience preferred, with customer centric mindset

We are looking for experienced junior and senior full-time deskside engineers to provide End User Computing or Deskside support to Multinational companies in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities & Requirement:

Primary

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS
• Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
• Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills for IOS and android devices.
• Handles asset and peripherals inventory management.
• Meeting room and AV equipment knowledge.
• Provide smart hands support for networks and servers
• Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and process.
