Provide client care

• Provide personal care assistance to residents in their daily living such as toileting, bathing, dressing and grooming and ensure the residents good personal hygiene at all times

Key responsibilities:

Human Resources

• Full spectrum of HR operations covering payroll, employee full life cycle, recruitment, disciplinary & counselling, compensation & benefits, payroll & other ad hoc tasks assigned.
• Oversee & backup HR and Admin functions in regional offices (CN, US & UK), ensuring smooth operations across all locations.
• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to processing payroll, deductions, taxes, reimbursement, and claims submissions.
