Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare tender bids for submission
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
• Review and understand all drawings and specifications
• Monitor project costs to ensure objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with company standards and building contract law
• Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties
• Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
• Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and prepare cost analysis / cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value
• Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc
• Other related duties assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in ID field
• Experience in full interior fit-out projects

The team provides a range of rehabilitative and intervention programs to support our client's ability to participate in the home and community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized therapy programmes;
• Assess and monitor therapy outcomes;
• Liaise with various disciplines involved in the integration process;
• Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention;
• Able to work with Allied Health Professional Group team in formulating service delivery to clients; and
• Senior OT may be assigned with supervisory duties

Job Requirements:

• Eiligible to register as Conditional Registrant / Full Registrant with the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore
