Job Scope

• Plan, design, and execute creative marketing initiatives with strategic partners and distributors by:
  • Building relationships with key contacts
  • Developing education initiatives or promotions for partner teams to drive lead generation and new business, and
  • Building effective campaigns. You will mainly focus on the small and medium business segment
• Work in close alignment with partner marketing teams to find opportunities to collaborate in partner programs and facilitate execution using partner marketing funds.
• Build resources and collateral to enable partners and teams
• Collaborate across the regional business leadership, marketing, strategy, product, and sales teams to align partner plans with marketing priorities and execute the partner plan through marketing teams.
• Manage channel campaign reporting, monitor quarterly metrics, and make necessary program adjustments to improve performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of marketing experience, minimum 1 year in the tech industry preferred
• Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills
• Exceptional team collaborator, open to idea/project iteration
• Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple work streams
• Comfortable with project management across multiple teams

• Contact delinquent customers for payment and containing flow of delinquent accounts.
• Provide customers with sufficient information and the appropriate methods to make payment to the Bank.
• Review customers' profiles and introduce the most effective collection actions.
• Negotiate payment schedules that will ensure maximum recovery and minimum risk exposure to the Bank.
• Escalate irregular cases promptly to team leader for advice and direction.

Profile/Qualifications

• 6 months contract, with extension option by Bank
• Minimum diploma holder
• Knowledge / experience in customer service, telemarketing and call centre will be added advantage
• Good communication skills, preferably proficient in multiple languages / dialects
• Emotionally resilient with good negotiation skills
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
