Ingesting data from multiple external vastly different sources at hundreds of rich data points per second, moving terabytes of data while processing it in real-time, running complex and complicated prediction and forecasting AI models while coupling their output into a hybrid human-machine data refinement process and presenting the result through a nimble low-latency SaaS solution used by customers around the globe is no small feat of science and engineering. ROLE

The Planner collaborates with other planners, architects, and project team members to design, coordinate, and present ideas relating to a variety of resort, residential, mixed-use and urban planning and design projects. The Planner supports the team in the overall efforts of completing the various phases of a project, creating programs and plans for land use and development. The Planner reports to a designated senior member of the Planning Studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts project research and analysis, and completes assignment using research, analysis and critical thinking

• Define and implement in coordination with the build team the needed application monitoring. Supervise and monitor daily and monthly chains and handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.
