Responsibilities typically include:
ยท This role reports directly to the CEO
ยท Provide leadership to the sales team, and advisory role to the CEO in implementing sales objectives that appropriately reflect the companyโs business goals
ยท Work closely with CEO to define the optimal performance and identify opportunities for sales process improvement to ensure organisational success
ยท Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these sales and performance priorities
ยท Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
ยท Manage the sales team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
ยท Manage the use of budgets effectively
ยท Define optimal sales team structure and mentor/develop team members to their potential
ยท Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
ยท Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
ยท Ability to build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
ยท Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
ยท Monitor customer, market and competitor activities and provide feedback to companyโs management team timely

ยท Proven track sales record, and prior experience in the IR Resort Sales or Travel/Hospitality industry will be added advantage
ยท Experience in leading a team
ยท Excellent leadership and negotiation skills required
ยท Have strong business acumen to identify business opportunities and go after them with gusto
ยท Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
ยท Multilingual, English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required; Other Asian languages or dialects (spoken) desirable
ยท Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources
