Job Responsibilities

Primary / Main (90%)

• Co-ordinate and liaise with respective subsidiaries regarding group consolidation matters.
• Ensure subsidiaries’ consolidation package submit for consolidation on timely basis.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing and consolidation financial statements of the Group in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements.

• Board file preparation on quarterly basis.
