The Role

This role supports the Sales General Manager and includes strategic, operational, project management responsibilities helping the Sales leadership teams to drive results, improve processes, implement change, strengthen controls, and achieve more efficient operational performance.

Responsibilities

General Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: The HR Manager will play a fundamental role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting the Head of HR in delivering initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and development.
