We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual with a passion in cancer genomics, biology, and radiation research to join the Tan Chin Tuan Laboratory of Optical Imaging, Photodynamic, and Proton Therapy - Precision Radiation Oncology Programme (PROP). The scope of the projects conducted under the premise of PROP includes 1) early- and late-phase clinical trials; 2) cancer genomics and data science; and 3) translational cancer and radiation biology. For this role, you will be mainly working with the Principal Investigator (PI) and the research teams under Theme 2. The projects involve studying cancer genomics of two main cancers, nasopharyngeal and prostate cancer, and the mechanistic pathways involved or identification of novel biomarkers for radioresistance. Samples from consented patients will be used for next-generation sequencing and/or microarray to generate “big data” for further analysis by our data scientists. You will be involved in inter-departmental collaborations with oncologists, pathologists, scientists, and local and international collaborators.

You will participate in the following activities:

- Identify and study the mechanistic pathways involved in radioresistant cancers.

- Design and optimise new experiment protocols when necessary, e.g. functional validation of novel biomarkers.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture / Structure / Mechanic / Hydraulic / Electrical / Civil or a related field.
• Knowledgeable with 10 years of experience in Digital Delivery procedures, execution, implementation, responsibilities, accountabilities, coordination, scope of works, deliverables, work breakdown structure.
• Good knowledge and background in Digital Delivery services such as Modeling, Production, Design Authoring, Design Review, Visualization, Clash Detection, Clash Resolution, 3D Coordination, Authority Submission, Quantity Estimation,
• Good Knowledge in Digital Delivery Standards such as, ISO, BSI, PAS, CIC UK, GSA, NCS and Local Authorities.
• Good Knowledge in National Codes Of Practice, Authorities submission and relevant roles and regulations of approval procedures.
• Good skills and background to understand and interpret required standards and contribute knowledge in the Project level.

Job Description

• Ensure the smooth running of all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services in the building.
• Perform repairs of M&E equipment including replacement of M&E spare parts.
• Attend to all M&E related work orders within the stipulated time frame.
• Attend to M&E related emergency breakdown according to duty roster and assignment.
• Attend to complaints from Hotel guests and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with building and fire safety rules and regulations.

Job Requirement

You are to provide administration and operational support to the staff nominated by the Company on tasks including but not limiting to the followings:

2. Travel Policy SOP setting and upkeeping
3. Corporate Hotel vendors management
4. Corporate Travel agencies management
5. Employees' travel supervision and trouble shooting
6. Employees' travel insurance claims submission and monitoring
7. Travel / Schedule management
8. Internal meeting management
9. Any ad hoc projects and/or tasks assigned by the management.

Requirement

1. Preferably degree of Business Administration/ Management, or related field.
2. At least 5 years of relevant corporate executive experience in similar industry serving the senior management preferred.

3 Months Contract - (March to June)

Duties:

• Assist in handling Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets module and schedule
• Update Fixed Asset Register
• Extraction of Sales / AR receipts at month end
• Keep track of Capex / yearly Capex schedule
• Create/update customer and vendor business partner master in SAP
• Maintain/update intercompany selling price in SAP
• Assist in compiling monthly management report
• Any others project / assignment that will be directed by the superior

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA
• A few years of working experience in Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets, experience in full set of accounts advantageous.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Familiar with SAP ERP will be advantageous
