• Liaise and work closely with the Head of Schools for targeted programme marketing and selling. Propose, align, and implement with group MarCom department on localized or digital campaigns, recruitment drives, and marketing events.
• Establish, develop, and nurture strong partnerships with student recruitment agencies, institutions, and key accounts and agents to build pipelines for international student recruitment.
• Implement and oversee student recruitment policies, procedures, and processes.
• Analyse and report the effectiveness of student recruitment and marketing strategies in monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Work closely with student admissions and various departments across the institute to ensure a seamless connection with prospective students, alumni, and partners.
• Ensure the effective organization of workshops, and/or campus familiarization tours for agents, prospective students, and parents.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of communications to parents and students of new Initiative programs in relation to results, operational changes, deadlines, and other administrative communications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for statutory authorities such as Edutrust/CPE, and any other authorities related to international student recruitment and enrolment activities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Preferably a recognized bachelor’s degree in marketing & Management/International Business or related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Pursues initiatives to capitalize on strengths and market opportunities, and to counter competitive threats
• Make excellent use of the Business Development team to provide expert category advice and support relevant to the customer channel.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

3. Budget Management:

• Work closely with the HOD to develop and manage the sales budget and ensure achievement of the sales budget.
• Work closely with the AR team to optimize customer payments and minimize bad debts.
• Collaboration with the AR team to evaluate credit terms and limits to mitigate potential credit risks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience, preferably in Food industry
• Experience in managing/leading a team in Food industry
• Proven experience and track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior-level sales position
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Business level Korean proficiency level required to manage and outreach to Korean-speaking customer base
