A construction company (Solar Energy ) looking for self-motivate candidates:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and process monthly payroll;
• Responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals;
• Support training and other governmental grants as well as coordinate all training courses and programs for staff;
• Maintain safe management measures for office and arrange accommodation for foreign workers;
• To support in development and implementation of HR polices, plans, processes, programs, and projects;
• To drive employee’s engagement activities and not limited to company event and teambuilding activities;
• To arrange meeting, preparation of meeting and record minutes of meeting.
• To manage office purchasae and record
• To assist on Site purchase (issue PO)
• Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administration, Finance/Accountancy.
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized with attention to detail and able to work under tight schedule to meet deadlines
• A good team player with strong management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferably working experience in Human Resources or equivalent

Able to handle outbound calls

Able to work independently

Phone etiquette

Strong interpersonal & communication skills
