• IP Security System programming /configuration ,Audio Visual programming /configuation ,IP PA system programming /configuration, IT Network,GPON programming /configuration ,
• Carry out project planning, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Prepare Project schedules, procurement and implementation of project and budget costing control
• Liaise with engineers team on testing and commissioning and installation work
• Handle clients’ complaints and submit customers feedback form to Project Director
• Hands on technical configuration for security , ELV , IT system(Network)
• Provide after Project Support
• Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by Superior

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Degree in Electronic/ Engineering/IT
• Min 5 years of working experience preferably in security system , Audio visual system , ELV , IT industry
• Familiar with local codes, regulations and procedures
• Good communication and people relation skills
• Hands on IP Security System Programming Experience
• Hands on IP PA System Programming Experience
• Hands on GPON Network Programming Experience
• Hands on IT Network , Wireless AP Programming Experience

Job Responsibilities

Source most competitive price and suitable product;

To communicate with supplier on product availability and delivery;

Verifies purchase requisitions by project team; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.

Check current stock on other project site; scheduling on time delivery.

Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.

Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered;

Handle overseas shipment, prepare packing list to project team and ensure correct quantity received on site;

Matching PO, DO and invoices and raise query if there is any discrepancy;

Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.

Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Maintain good PO system and have periodic system update in terms of supplier, price, product etc

9) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

10) Prior experience working in MNCs Agent will be an advantage (I.E. Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba)
