Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for the triage and processing of Service Orders. These Service Orders are related to the coordination of new equipment installations for commercial vessels that have global sailing patterns.

The ideal candidate may have experience working for a Fleet Manager or a Maritime hardware supplier coordinating projects/services on vessels. Or comparable work experience in Field Service Operations for land-based telecommunications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Triage and process Service Orders for KVH managed installations (Asia Pacific Region)
• Service Order entry into Baan ERP system
• Coordinate logistics requirements with Asia Pac Sales managers, customers or consignee, via phone and email, to ensure proper delivery of product
• Verify shipping and consignee/forwarding agent information
• Coordination with vessel sailing schedules
• Determination of proper shipping method
• Freight quotes with proper of Incoterms
• Provide needed shipping documentation for country specific Customs clearance
• Liaise with KVH functional groups as needed
• Sales Department – receiving, checking and processing new orders
• Finance Department – unblock orders and receive proper pre-payment from customer as necessary
• Shipping Department – ensure proper delivery terms and deadlines are communicated
• Coordinate service operations including scheduling and distribution of work for technicians, utilizing Salesforce to generate and manage work orders.
• Responsible for updating Salesforce with customer and vessel information
• Enter RMA orders (Return Materials Authorization) and follow up on returns related to Decommissioned units.

Qualifications/ Prerequisites:

• Minimum high school diploma or GCE “A” Level or equivalent required; Diploma.

We are a local brand, looking out for individuals to work in our retail shop (Convenience store in Tampines Area).

Attending to customer

Cashiering

Receiving and processing of incoming stocks

Serves customers promptly and warmly

Attend to customer enquiries, To help customers search for suitable products if needed

Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Working Hours

7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm

Salary Range:

Part time, $8/hr.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of special projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives
• Facilitate cross-market collaboration, communication and strategic initiatives implementation between Regional teams and local markets
• Manage transformation projects across multiple departments, working in tandem with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks
• Develop comprehensive change management plans that include communication, risks mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Engage with C-Level / senior leadership within Shopee to drive key agenda and initiatives
• Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerators
• Supervise and lead project teams by providing direction, motivation, and support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a management consulting firm
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale project management and delivery
• Have experience working with top management will be an added advantage
• Substantial exposure to the consumer technology sector or marketing function will be an added advantage
• Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and project management expertise
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Willingness to rotate and relocate will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible on the overall planning, deployment and scheduling, coordination and supervision of department.
• Ensure overall operation, housekeeping and adequate resources to enhance efficient function of the department
• Ensure prompt service with enthusiastic working attitude.
• Exercise authority in planning, deployment and scheduling, coordinating and supervision of the department.
• Develop risk management contingency plan in the operation of the department
• Implementing display guideline and planogram
• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.

• Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics
• Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns
• Working closely with team and coordinators
• Website and social media platform content update and content writing
• Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities
• Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
• Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese
• Handle customer complain

Job Duties

• To oversee, manage and direct the T&C activities in a safe and efficient way from the beginning to the end
• To prepare & review the T&C procedure and prepare the site activities, identifying the risks and issues
• To ensure the tools, plants, materials, and equipment are suitable and available for the job
• To follow-up and manage suppliers or sub-contractors activities on the site, dealing with project issues, changes, risk and quality
• Managing all testing & commissioning activities for electrical equipment and systems
• Site Survey, preparation of testing & commissioning procedures and risk analysis for testing activities.
• Responsible to attend technical meetings with client, subcon & suppliers.
• Report progress against construction plan to clients as per project guidelines; develop strong working relationships with key client representatives
• Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with key individuals in major supplier/sub-contractor organisations to ensure smooth on-the-ground operations
• Interface with representatives of other contractors as required to ensure mutual cooperation and a beneficial working relationship
• Guide subordinates on responding to public complaints on inconvenience; Take corrective measures to address the same

Job Requirements

• Total work experience: 8-10 years
• Total relevant experience: 4-5 years in M&E supervision in similar capacity
• LTA/MRT Experience
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Good knowledge of T&C processes for electrical/ELV Systems

Job scope

- Photograph and edit images of shoes, bags, and luggage

- Designing the promotional poster (added advantage if knowledge of Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop)

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform administration and fulfillment.

- Pack products ordered through the e-commerce platform.

- Dispatch orders accurately to the logistics partner.

- To create, manage and upload product listings for Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, and Tiktok.

- Assist in live-stream selling sessions on Facebook, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.

Requirement

- Malaysian, PR, Singaporean

- Minimum Diploma in related field.

- Fresh entry / Minimum 1-2 years related experience.

- Well verse in English and Mandarin.

- Basic skill in Photography

- Basic skill in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
