Key responsibilities

The Job

• Helping customers on-site to select suitable storage units, service and/or merchandise
• Process rental / renewal agreements, collect payment and maintain timely and accurate records
• Help customers to resolve requests or issues with their storage
• Check, report and follow-up on any maintenance issues required in the branch you are in-charge of.
• Prepare and submit reports as required

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be part of a service oriented team representing Grand Copthorne Hotel, that strives for excellence in customer service.

Key responsibilities

· Attend to guests’ inquiries and provide prompt responses and assistance

· Managing rooms’ inventory, allocation and ensuring guest billing is in order to avoid any glitches

· Develop and maintain professional relationship with house guests and extend service whenever required

· Manage front office operations and optimize solutions to ensure guests satisfaction

· Concierge duties including assisting guests with ground transportation, restaurant or entertainment reservations, and providing other local information

· Provide guests with access to hotel services, forward in-room meal requests, and ensure that mail, faxes and packages are delivered in a timely manner

· Ensure effective communication via daily briefing, weekly update and monthly brainstorming within the department

· Work closely with other departments and co-workers as part of a team

Requirements

We are seeking part time dental assistant and receptionist preferably with some experience living nearby our clinic (Tiong Bahru) to join a fun loving team.

To cover 4 days a week (including Saturday), schedule might differ as full timers will go on annual leave or sudden medical leave.

Responsibilities:

✅ Assist the dentists with all forms of treatments and attend to patient's comfort during treatment.

✅ Preparation of dental materials for the respective treatments

✅ Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance and sterilization of dental equipment.

✅ Front desk reception duties, patient registrations, claims submission and any ad hoc administrative work.

✅ Routine inventory checks.

· Supervise multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects

· Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards and provide guidance when necessary

· Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower

Job Requirement

· Prior experience in the cleaning/conservancy industry with supervisory background
