Responsibilities:

• Supervise household staff, ensuring their work is performed to standard and providing necessary training and guidance.
• Maintain high standards in the day-to-day operation of the household, including cleanliness, maintenance, decor, and security.
• Manage the reception of household guests and visitors, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Administer household administrative tasks, including organizing documents, scheduling, and office management.
• Manage household budgets and negotiate with suppliers for required household items and services.
• Plan and organize household events and oversee the procurement of necessary supplies.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in household management, hotel management, or administrative roles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to effectively lead household staff.

The incumbent will oversee and manage all compliance processes and activity for the company and ensure its adherence to regulations, rules and laws in Singapore. The successful candidate is expected to be knowledgeable in AML principles to analyse situations and identify AML issues and red-flags.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out Fraud/AML Name Screening (primary duties) and take appropriate actions such as fraud analysis to mitigate the risks and losses for Singapore
• Validate and check the parameters and threshold functions regularly to ensure that they are relevant to the team operations.
• Conduct training and checks for new staffs to understand AML transaction monitoring (secondary duties) matters.
• Conduct periodic KYC review for new and existing customers.
• Filing of Suspicious Transaction Report (secondary) for detected suspicious activities

Requirements:

• Min Degree or above
• At least 2 - 4 years working experience as an AML Compliance Officer
• Willingness to take on a diverse product range and to leverage personal experience and skills into new areas;
• Comfortable with remote working on weekends (only when needed / rotational)
• Experienced in Name Screening and prior experience with WorldCheck/Factiva
• Prior transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and drafting of suspicious transaction reports experience will be an added advantage
• Familiar with excel and preparation of statistics for reporting;
• Strong analytical, investigative and risk assessment skills.

Your new role

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be processing accounts payable invoices while verifying purchase orders and good receipts. You will also be performing supplier reconciliation on monthly basis.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be liaising with buyers and suppliers to resolve invoice on hold issues. This is a 6 months renewable contract.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in Accountancy
• 1-2 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Good time management and comfortable to work in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in using Oracle R12 or other Accounting systems and Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.
