RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Principal of the assigned pre-school and working closely with the Pedagogy Team, this position will be responsible for delivering art programs (not limited to visual art, performing art, engineering and science) to provide experiences and provocations for children and responsible for the Atelier in the assigned pre-schools.

• Responsible for the operation of the Atelier in the assigned pre-schools
• Support children's creativity and learning through working directly with children alongside teachers in rooms and specifically in the Atelier, to provide experiences and provocations for the children and to observe and document the learning process in detail.
• Provide a stimulating environment for children and staff to work on long-term projects and provide a wide range of intelligent materials giving children the opportunity to express themselves through as many languages as possible.

• Produce display documentation, booklets and films on projects and learning experiences that happen in the pre-schools.

• Provide in-house training on the Reggio Emilia approach, in collaboration with consultants.
• Create an aesthetic environment in the ateliers and influence the aesthetic environment in the pre-schools.

• Degree /Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Arts or related fields preferred
• Min 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a pre-school environment.
• Have relevant experience in teaching art related subjects such as visual arts and/or performing arts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for all Treasury Product software components.

The responsibilities of this role are:
Office & Facilities Administration

• Front office receptionist to answer phone calls, meet and greet visitors and guests.
• Manage office inventory stock supplies, place orders and replenish stocks timely e.g. stationery, food and beverage etc.
• Maintain Company staff directory including phone, emails contact information in the system and on the noticeboards are up to date.

• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Do Good Receipt (“GR”) in IFS Application (ERP system) for invoices on expenses once Purchase Order (“PR”) is released by Finance Department for SEAP Malaysia office.
• Work closely with Office & HR Teams based in Singapore office on office and HR matters as required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties/projects related as assigned by direct supervisors.

Support (HR, HSE, PROJECT & IT)

• HR: Administer the full spectrum of regional HR services including recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, performance management, talent management, employee relations and engagement, payroll administration, training and development as well as benefits and well-being programs and event management.
• HR & HSE: Administer and ensure compliance of HR & HSE policies, guidelines and procedure.
• Participate in progressive HR and HSE projects and initiatives.
• IT: Support IT personnel on requests to access server room and IT matters.
