We are currently looking for a DC Capacity Engineer to join our banking and financial team in Singapore to analyze and plan DC Infrastructure capacity in APAC.

Responsibilities:
- Generate, analyze weekly reports on APAC data center demands (power, space, servers).
- Assess server addition needs, monitor project timelines, track resource utilization.
- Coordinate equipment placement, address defects, ensure optimal resource usage.
- Monitor power consumption, rack space, high-risk locations, flag discrepancies.
- Generate comprehensive reports on demands, defects, projects, translate EP data into actionable insights.

Requirements:
- Working exposure in Data Center operations
- Familiar with Project coordination, tools, and technique
- Proficient in data management tools such as Excel and Pivots is a plus

Oversee production across all Fabrication areas, including Welding, Fabrication, Boiler Making, and Heat Treatment.

Job Scope:

• Lead, manage and monitor the Fabrication team.
• Review WPS before the commencement of work, addressing any issues with welders and fitters.
• Ensure the execution of fabrication work orders aligns with the production schedule.
• Choose welding procedures, assess, and specify welding repairs and stress relief treatments to meet international and customer standards.
• Scrutinize technical drawings and address production issues with the respective departments.
• Engage in technical audits of 3rd party, sub-contract, and fabrication contractors.
• Investigate Fabrication NCRs, implementing corrective and preventive measures to meet KPIs.
• Verify calibration of all Inspection equipment, welding plant, flux ovens, welding rod heaters, and quivers.
• Manage the purchasing/inventory of all associated welding consumables.
• Ensure regular checks and maintenance of welding consumables in a climate-controlled store.

Requirement:

• Familiarity with metalworking and fabrication processes
• Hands-on or supervisory practical experience in welding using FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW, and SMAW.
• General comprehension of offshore and onshore wellhead equipment.
• Knowledgeable about ASME, AWS, DNV, and API fabrication codes and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possessing minimum 5 years of expertise in metalworking and fabrication,
• Certification in Welding and Metallurgic Inspection - API 650/ CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent.
