Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualise ideas and execute creative layout and marketing collaterals such as display banners, EDMS, digital activity booklets, programme brochures, posters and advertisements, social media graphics

Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order & Goods Receipt

• Raise PR/PO/GR for CG vendors/suppliers as necessary especially for Oli 963, Vasantham and CCCE teams.

Travel booking/logistics

• To assist with business or conference travel bookings flights, hotels, transfers for Head of CCCE and other Heads as necessary.

Tent-pole CG Events

• Managing e-invites, RSVPs, registrations for events.

Pitching

• Managing invites to Production Houses, registration of Production Houses, booking of rooms, chaperone duties for Production Houses on session days.

On-boarding of Customer Group department new hires/interns/freelancers

• Process and prepare for new joiners or interns on boarding. Liaise with HR, IT for laptop and Security for pass and iProfile location access request when required.

Hiring of part-time staff & Finance
