MARKETING ASSISTANT

Definition: Marketing Assistant for Personal Care and Pharmaceuticals Markets in APAC (excluding China and India)

Job Descriptions:

• Develop invitations and promotional materials;
• Coordinate requests and send samples and gifts to distributors, direct customers and universities;
• Organize/ prepare face-to-face events, such as fairs and exhibitions, as well as virtual events (webinars) in Singapore and other countries in APAC.
• Monitor the success of events and social media initiatives;
• Co-create and disseminate local research (with distributors and customers) made in the territory, in order to better understand trends and market opportunities;

Profile:

• Training required: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Pharmacy;

Basic Functions

The senior project engineer will be responsible in the planning and execution of all local UPS related installation projects. He will provide the support to the sales and service team and advise on project feasibility study, cost estimation and manage submittals for approval upon order.

Specific Responsibilities

• Execute the project management duties and ensure all key milestones are met within the schedule.
• Generate the schedule plan to monitor for respective functions responsibilities and project executions milestones.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to carry out the implementation works of the project.

JOB DUTIES:
