8) Liaise with vendors and stakeholders on invoices and supporting documents

9) Prepare monthly payments for expenses claims and vendor payments

• Participate in Engineering Reviews and Engineering Validation Activities including but not limited to HAZID, HAZOP, Studies, Operability, Front Loading Commissioning in design, SCE’s and Performance standards in Commissioning Procedures.
• To independently review & develop various complex commissioning deliverables, analyze the documents and highlight the shortfalls through vigorous review process and address these shortfalls with the team.
• Develop Onshore and Offshore Commissioning Procedures for Instrumentation and Control Systems.
• To support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirement
• Prepare & Review of company development work methodology / procedures.
• Capable of managing demanding expectations of clients which may range from addressing gaps to unexpected work scope variations while ensuring conformance to the project, regulatory and contract requirements.
• Attend FAT and SAT depending on project requirements.
• Independently deals with regulatory authority, class, vendors and clients with regards to comments or queries on commissioning deliverables and develops technical/engineering solutions to the issues raised.
• Participates in meetings with the project team to review progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary based on the standard procedures, practices and lessons learnt from past projects to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.
• Perform duties as per directives of reporting authority.
• Leads site execution team on performing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities planned for the Instrumentation & Control systems, managing the interfaces with Construction and Pre-Operations teams, ensuring adherence to yard and company PTW systems regarding all the Instrumentation & Control System Sow
