This would involve identifying and synthesizing insights from a broad range of research projects around the topic of early childhood education and development. This position requires excellent research, writing, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

• Masters degree in Psychology, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field from a University of good standing
• At least 3 years of research experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language to perform literature synthesis and prepare research reports
• Good project coordination and administration skills, including data management and record keeping
• Experience with conducting literature synthesis and creating visual infographics for presentations
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work within given deadlines
• Able to work independently
• Self-directed learner who effectively picks up relevant skills as needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature review, literature synthesis, and prepare research reports
