Work Experience and Qualification:

• Possess similar experience in the finance industry of not less than 10 years with extensive experience on market research and analysis. Possess experience as a company Director; Worked in Hong Kong or China markets for at least 10 years and have sound knowledge in relation to Hong Kong, Singapore, China and other Asian countries.
• Have established good connections in the Hong Kong or China markets in the finance industry for the purpose of market research.
• Hold a CFA degree and a master’s degree in finance.

This role reports to the Group Finance Director. You will be responsible for the oversight of financial accounting operations, and management reporting including financial planning, budgeting and analysis, while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group Finance Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group.
• Ensure all financial, accounting and analytical reports are prepared according to the management policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting.
• Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits.
• Complete and submit all GST returns and ensure compliance.
• Review CIT returns to be submitted by Tax Agent.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management.
• Oversee the costing function for the manufacturing activities in Singapore.
• Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.
• Perform any other tasks as the need arises.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3 to 5 years of working experience, including experience in manufacturing costing, and supervisory experience.
• Prior working experience with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and taxation
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders of all level
• Current CA/CMA membership or equivalent would be an added advantage.

What will you be doing?

The Technical Architect will oversee the design, testing, and deployment of Cisco collaboration platforms, Amazon connect as well as Toku CCaaS platforms.

• Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of Contact Centre projects and solutions powered using Cisco & Amazon Connect consisting of Voice infrastructure, including IVR, VoIP phones, and infrastructure components such as SIP TRUNK/ISDN, PBXs, encryption devices, conference bridges, and call management servers.
• Gather technical requirements from customers and d low-level designs, implement solutions, and create user acceptance plans.
• Development of best practice and knowledge sharing through several methods (e.g. blogposts, whitepapers, prototypes, proof of concepts, workshops, demos, breakout sessions)
• Conduct technical briefings with internal teams and customer representatives, and develop system documentation and drawings such as specifications, logical and physical architecture, and interconnect diagrams.
• Demonstrate expertise in IVR and Contact Center technology, and build integrations across SSO/AD, CRM, case management, WFM, and other related contact centre solutions.
• Broad technical expertise with IP Telephony-related technologies, including:
