• Manage projects to track the progress of the projects and see through the testing and certification of the projects
• Track the timely delivery and evaluate the correctness of the contractors’ service level performance reports, conduct reviews and analyses on the contractors’ service level performances, and trigger service improvement plans whenever there is any lapse in service levels.
• Monitor the occurrence of high priority incidents and track the timely and accurate delivery of incident reports by the contractors.
• Trigger the contractors to perform root cause analyses to eliminate underlying problems of high impact incidents and/or prevent recurrence of incidents.
• Monitor the contractors’ performance in request fulfilment to ensure that service requests are satisfactorily fulfilled according to defined success criteria and timelines.
• Facilitate collaboration among the contractors through knowledge sharing and driving process alignment.
• Assist in regular governance status review covering security compliance and project audit.

About the job

As a member of the Social Work team, you are expected to maintain a caseload as assigned by senior staff members and provide individual casework, group and family work intervention action plans including behavioural management of clients in care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Active Ageing Centre's (AAC) provision of active ageing, befriending & buddying, care referral services to seniors within centre's service boundary area.
2. Work closely with centre's Programme team in identifying seniors who may require additional care referral services and assist in raising appropriate referrals to care and support services.

7. Present admissions application for Dementia Day Care programme to Dept Head/ED for final approval of funding and placement of applicant.
8. Provide social work related support services to clients and their families, e.g. referrals to community or residential services.

10. On admission work closely with client and family to orient them to the centre and facilities.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Lead the implementation of enterprise network security system such as Network IPS, Network Detection and Forensics which includes Contractor management, design validation and test acceptance.
• Perform maintenance on the enterprise security infrastructures that covers service and security posture upkeep.
• Develop signatures, rules or policies on network security products to detect anomalies or security threats through monitoring.
• Plan and participate in areas of security operations to ensure that processes meet defined information security policies and standards, and evolving security threats.
• Implement and manage other Security products such as Endpoint Protection System.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing and/or managing network security system.
• Team player with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of operating systems including Linux/Unix and Windows.
• PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
• Network security system product certification such as Trellix, ForcePoint, Cisco Network IPS, is an advantage.
• Security Certifications such as GISA, GSEC, CISSP, CISM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the checking and design of mechanical works from concept to detailed design and provision of QP supervisory works for projects
• Endorsement of the authorities’ submissions, supervision & apply for certificate of completion as Professional Engineer (Mechanical) for the projects undertaken by company.
• Conversant and ensure that project complies to local code and authority requirement
• Able to perform analysis and/or guide engineers to analyze and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders
• Carry out project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and staff work together effectively
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent
• Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/ Specialized Professional Engineer
• More than 10 years in the industry
• Experience in both construction management and design
• Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, CFD simulations tools and other mechanical/fire engineering software.

In this role as a Risk Specialist in Wise’s second line Risk Management Team, you will be a key contributor in, and risk partner for the delivery of the risk management framework in Asia. This role is an exciting opportunity for you if you have some risk management experience and are looking to do impactful work. The role will report to and be supported by the Head of APAC Risk.

Here’s what will you be doing:

• Maintaining risk registers for the markets with focus on the key risks, including risk identification, assessment of risks as per risk methodology, supporting business in remediation of risks.
• Implementation risk appetite statements and key risk indicators for the countries, including monitoring of risks, analysis, reporting and  proposing remediations if required. 
• Determining and presenting the risk profile to the board of directors or to risk committees and to group risk committees.
• Working closely with first line stakeholders to ensure that operational risk policies and frameworks are adhered to.
• Closely work on the risk areas such as incidents, issues and risk assessments.
• Lead the efforts to develop and manage one of the key risks for the organisation such as BCM, technology risks or outsourcing risks
• Creating awareness within the first line on risk management including training etc.
