The Data Science Director will be a member of VCA Data Science team in Asia Pacific and will report to the Head of Data Science overseeing the IPVMC cluster. The position will be based in Visa’s Singapore office.

The role holder is part of the compliance team for the APAC region, working alongside the APAC Compliance Director. As a Card Fraud Analyst, you get to support your team’s operational success and bring your expertise to upscale the domain; driving detection and prevention focused initiatives with long-lasting impacts will be part of your daily work. 

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to Card Disputes team: 

1. Card Fraud Rules Management

1. • Rule creation and optimisation
   • Periodical Card Fraud loss reviews identifying emerging intra and cross-portfolio risks

2. KPI & performance measurement management

A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The incumbent is responsible for developing and driving new businesses as well as account extension businesses of existing clients within the Assigned Segments, from lead generation through to close.

Main responsibility is to aggressively drive new and account extension businesses for the Singapore market through the development of sales strategies and tactical execution of action plans in order to meet the monthly, quarterly, and yearly allocated sales targets.

(ii) Collaborate with relevant teams

· To work with Commercial Services team to develop competitive pricing that will enable the winning of the opportunities that has been targeted.
