Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Administration

• Liaise and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure the monthly payroll computations and ad-hoc payroll computations for new joiners and terminations are accurate and in compliance with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll data by verifying data against supporting documents.
• Liaise and manage payroll vendors in overseas offices (e.g. China) to review and process payroll for overseas employees in compliance with local tax and labour laws. Check overseas payroll reports (e.gs. Dubai and India).
• Ensure employee expense claims are accurately recorded in the payroll system for payment.
• Handle monthly statutory submissions, including CPF, government paid leave, including national service leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, childcare leave, and other relevant obligations.
• Annual income tax preparation and declarations for employees in compliance with local tax regulations. This includes foreign employees’ tax clearance.
• Provide detailed monthly payroll reports and journals to finance.
• Manage and oversee employee loan repayment, which could involve authorized deductions from employee salaries.
• Administer contracts and fees related to the company directors.

HRIS Support

• Assist in global HRIS implementation, aligning it with organizational needs and best practices.
• Help migrate data from the legacy system to the new HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Continuously review processes and systems for operational excellence, including system user acceptance testing.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on HRIS functionality and provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS platform in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system updates, enhancements, and integrations.

HR Operations

• Support the HR team in pre-hire, on-boarding, off-boarding, and training records administration.
• Support the HR team in preparing reports, analysis and surveys preparation, e.gs. MOM, MPA, salary and benefits surveys.
• Identify opportunities for HR operations transformation by leveraging technology for increased effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, control and compliance in HR operations.
• Handle HR-related queries and perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or similar specialization.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, which includes managing payroll vendor.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance standards, ensuring accurate and lawful compensation to employees.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MsExcel) and various technology tools for efficient work.
• Prior experience working with a global HRIS systems, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Ceridian or similar platforms, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize these systems effectively.

Overview of the Role

Rystad Energy is seeking a Client Success Head for APAC who has a strong track record of leading and managing multi-national teams of Client Success/Customer Service personnel. The APAC Client Success Head will report to the Global Head of Client Success (based in Oslo) as well as the APAC Commercial Head (based in Singapore). We are seeking to fill this role in any of the following locations: Singapore/Kuala Lumpur/Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Global Head of Client Success to develop and execute the regional Client Success strategy.
• Work with the Commercial Head of the region to develop and execute regional Commercial strategy.
• Lead, manage, motivate, and inspire the Client Success team in region to perform to their fullest potential, enabling them to deliver on their goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Communicate with and update relevant stakeholders in the company on the Client Success team’s performance, their client engagements, and achievements.

o   Jointly define success criteria with clients by understanding their business challenges and developing and implementing an engagement plan throughout the subscription period.

o   Onboard new users and carry out follow-up trainings to achieve maximum adoption and usage growth rates.

o   Partner with Account Managers to provide insights on client health with a focus on adoption, expansion opportunities and renewals.

Experience and Qualifications

• Between 8 to 10 years of experience in leading and managing Client Success/Customer Service teams – ideally, in a B2B professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of the energy industry
• Managerial experience should be underpinned by individual contributor experience in a Client Success/Customer Service role – strong track record of managing, servicing, and growing client accounts in a B2B professional services firm.
