M&A within ERM Global has a core technical team of over 50+ technical consultants delivering technical due diligence out of EMEA, USA and APAC. We often work in close collaboration with our global ESG and EHS due diligence teams, to provide a holistic due diligence service to our client. As a Senior Consultant (Finance), you will be expected to:

• Assist / lead delivery of proposals, which will include development of our company profile, technical scopes of work, scheduling and commercial terms;

• Assist / lead on multiple projects that provide our clients with a business plan evaluation of their proposed investment on infrastructure assets;

• Lead the coordination of typical project deliverables such as Q&A submission, management sessions, client meetings and report delivery;

• Experience in a client facing role discussing financial models, Capex and Opex projections.
