Your skills and experience

TRADE MARKETING PLAN

• Oversee the animation calendar to ensure it is fully updated.
• Manage and update the full-year Trade plan according to changes in markets and carry out a detailed analysis of trade data by axis and by market.

TRADE COORDINATION & OPERATIONS

• Assist the Trade Marketing Executive in designing customer journeys and managing the trade operational execution (brief to the designer team and coordination with markets).
• Developing trade tools adapted to TR APAC markets for all Travel Retail activations across the region.
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure efficient coordination of trade tool production and delivery to the Local Markets.

MARKETING LAUNCHES PREPARATION

• Preparation of 3-axis launch packs with information from headquarters and adapt to the Travel Retail market.
• Help to update 360 launches before launch.

COMPETITION RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

• Prepare a newsletter detailing key competitor animations to ensure the team has the latest market information.
• Follow-up on China local market activities: Little Red Book, Tmall, Weibo.
• Mystery shopping in the local market to monitor competitor animations.
• Conduct in-depth research about industry best practices regarding trade retailtainment and customer journey innovation (the ability to leverage Chinese sources would be an advantage).

TRANSLATIONS

• Create Chinese translations for regional GWP showcards.
• Support the Trade Marketing executive in Chinese-English translation.

Main Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

• Communication bridge between HQ/Brands and Operations team to ensure all requirements from Brands are met in actual operation.
• Urgency and accountability when solving critical issues relating to e-commerce order fulfillment or customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a healthy stock level for all packaging materials by reviewing and giving the green light for weekly replenishment, ordering new stocks if needed, and coordinating with Supply Planners or Brands on the incoming stock date.
• Organize monthly updates from Brands and communicate to the Operations team in a timely, precise, accurate, and concise manner.
• Subject matter expert for engraving to ensure HQ, Brands, and Operations are aligned.
• With an understanding of the end-to-end process for e-commerce orders, tackle requests or improvements with critical, creative thinking, ensuring esteemed brand image, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Purchasing

• Understanding procurement flow: RFQ, quotation comparison, negotiation, PO, DO, and Invoice.
• Understanding of payment terms and Inco terms.
• Issue PO for purchases initiated by Brands or e-commerce packaging materials.
• Coordinate closely with Brands, Suppliers, the Singapore shipping team, and Operations on the ordering and shipment of all PO items.

Warehouse Stock Segregation

• Evaluate the feasibility of requests and execute those requests by giving clear instructions to all stakeholders involved.
• Maintain all resources related to Warehouse Stock Segregation and ensure all files are up-to-date with accurate information.
• With an in-depth understanding of the Warehouse Stock Segregation methodology, provide suggestions to stakeholders when they have inquiries on order fulfillment.
• Continuously improve resources and working files based on users’ feedback.

Warehouse Scorecard and Display

• Ensure timely communication of the latest slides for the Safety Notice Board to the Warehouse Executive.
• Update M-1 warehouse KPIs in the scorecard file before the monthly meetings.

Projects

• Initiate and lead projects that increase capacity and productivity, decrease cost, and/or improve quality.
• Provide timely project progress updates to key stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Actively search for and suggest solutions that are sound and has a reasonable ROI.

At IFS, as a Senior Presales Consultant, you will collaborate with account teams, prospects and existing customers to qualify and scope requirements,  with a view to helping them understand how IFS ERP, EAM and Service Management Solutions will deliver positive outcomes for their organization. 

Singapore location preferred.

You will need to be comfortable having close dialogue with external stakeholders, including C-level, technical management, and architectural teams to position IFS as the partner of choice for the adoption and enablement of IFS solutions in our core industry verticals. Often, you will act as the lead interface between our customer and local & offshore delivery teams. 

Our customers are typically mid to large enterprises covering six key verticals; Aerospace & Defense, Energy/Utilities & Resources, Manufacturing, Engineering/Construction & Infrastructure, Services and Telecommunication. As such, this role is required to have knowledge in some of these industries to act as a trusted advisor and key technology ambassador for our customers in positioning our key solutions.

As this is a customer facing role focused on providing complex solutions, you need to be comfortable working in a multi-faceted role that will include requirements gathering, solution configuration, delivering both executive & detailed solution presentations, acting as a solution evangelist at conferences, trade shows and the like. You will be comfortable talking to subjects such as “The Art of The Possible” when faced with new customer challenges.

Ideally you have extensive experience in presales, consulting or solution design with other ERP or Asset Management solutions. Alternatively, experience with aligned solutions in either of the six key industries mentioned above will be highly regarded.
