The R&D Packaging Engineer will be a part of the newly formed Sustainability Center of Excellence (COE) located in BD Singapore. The Sustainability COE is modeled after the Sustainable Medical Technology Institute (SMTI) and will have the same mandate as the SMTI. In this role, the Packaging Engineer will be responsible for execution of the broader R&D Sustainability strategy at BD. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the commercial building premises to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Conduct regular security checks and clocking as per shift schedule.
• Control access to the building, check identification and issue passes to visitors.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Assist in emergencies, including fire alarms and evacuations.
• Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Liaise with building management and tenants to address security concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building security protocols and regulations.
• Perform regular checks on security systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and visitors.

As an Audio Lead, you will be directly responsible for the production of high quality audio content of multiple products. Your consistent high standards and attention to detail will ensure that the content your team produces meets the very high expectations of our players. You’ll manage a high performing remote team, and using your broad knowledge of the creativity, craft and tech of games production, support and direct them through the process of making awesome stuff.

Responsibilities:

• As the Audio Lead on League products, you will oversee the quality of the work that your remote team will deliver, direct their day-to-day activities, and set the bar for excellence.
• You will be ultimately responsible for the final quality of the content your multidisciplinary team produces, guiding the ideation, conception and implementation of audio content for our games, shepherding that design intent through an efficient production process, and ensuring that the content is creative, exciting & bug-free whilst responding to players’ feedback
• You will manage a world class team by sourcing remote AAA talent, and develop and grow their craft skills through training and feedback

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience developing sound for game, or shipped multiple AAA titles
• Expertise in the holistic game audio process (Sound Design, Voice Over, Music Implementation, Technology, Player Experience, etc.)
• Expertise in game engine technical implementation and Wwise audio middleware.
• Experience with sound design creation tools (DAW, Izotope, Waves, Melda, Native Instruments, etc) and techniques
• Experience in setting up sound studios, audio hardware, and software setup
• Experience with voice over processing tools and techniques
• Experience giving thorough direction and delivering timely, clear feedback
• A strong communicator and able to convey abstract/sophisticated ideas in a concise way, in English or in Mandarin
