A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes you will have the opportunity to get involved with other parts of the business. In your role as Manager, Sales (Cargo) you are the face of Teleport to our customers and help us to grow our business. Selling international cargo capacity in the region, you are key for the success of Teleport in this market. You will report to the Country General Manager for Singapore. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Build strong relationships with our customer base and grow the cargo business in Singapore. 
• Stay present through personal customer visits, meetings, events, or via phone and conference calls; 
• Provide quotations and spot rates for customer business, follow-up and close the deal;
• Participate in tenders and RFQs for larger deals. This includes working with Revenue Mgmt and other departments to come up with pricing and operational solutions for the customer;

• Work with Air Operations, Standards and Process Improvement to troubleshoot customer complaints and help improve our service;

The Role

The Product Analyst (PA) role supports all day-to-day running of the trading desk, ensuring a detailed position summary is kept for the traders and for the matrix as a whole (if applicable) and that the traders' exposures are monitored. Job Overview

This role is open to fresh graduates and professionals with 1-2 years of experience! You will spend time training with other team members on Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies and you will work on delivering Agile innovative solutions built on the Microsoft stack. 

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will have opportunities to work with global projects in the APAC region. A flexible attitude is a must. You may expect to be assigned to a flexible work shift or possible business travel opportunities outside Singapore.

Nature of the Role: Software Developer/Systems Developer

Scope of work: 

• Assist with application development, software maintenance and systems administration.
• Engagement in a project from initial concept through solution delivery
• Assist in documenting all related technical processes.
• Assist in completing pending or on-going tasks currently being handled by the technical department.
• Give new ideas and process to his/her assigned department.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Assist in configure D365 F&O Security roles and duties.
• Assist in data migration.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time, Permanent position

WORK SCHEDULE:  9 AM to 6 PM SGT

WORK LOCATION: Hybrid (Mix of work from home and onsite). Office address is at 150 Beach Road #21-07 Gateway West Group Singapore
