Job Objectives:

Java developer for Global Markets FX Algo trading build up. This will be a green-field in-house built system

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on coding to build a greenfield FX Algo E-Trading system

- System design

- Peer code review

- The candidate will be primarily located on the trading floor

- This is a coding specialist role. Candidate will be spending over 90% of the time coding or designing the system.

Key Requirements:

- Over 5 years’ experience in Java development of multi-threaded real-time server-side systems.

- Over 3 years’ experience in Java FX Algo trading development.

- The experience above should be primarily hands-on Java coding of the core product.

Job Mission
The mission of the Project Coordinator is to provide full support to the PMO, Program, Project Managers and Project Engineers.

Responsibilities
Assists and supports the Program Manager and Northland by:
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment documentation and information
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensuring clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
• Assists in preparing action plans using resources from time and budget projects.
• Ensuring all projects completed on time, within budget and with high-quality standards.
• Assist in monitoring the project progress and respond to issues as they arise.
• Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with project and program managers to eliminate project blockers.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenses/expenditures.
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance testing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the generation of motor insurance quotations using digital tools for Insurance Managers and External Partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Lead the management and follow-up on quotations within the designated portfolio, focusing on improving response times and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary liaison with insurance company underwriters regarding quotes and related inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with Insurance Managers to ensure proper documentation and successful closure of each deal, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Drive initiatives to enhance quotation and processing procedures through technology, actively participating in project development and implementation.
• Mentor and support the Operations Executive and other team members in daily operations and ad-hoc projects, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Possession of insurance qualification certificates in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in a leadership role or as a Senior Executive specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or a related field is ideal.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.

Job Description

• Manage order fulfillment, order picking & packing and tracking of inventory.
• Product photography, loading products to website, studio assistance
• Deliver customer service and manage customer experience as a Retykle brand ambassador, drive awareness around sustainability and concept of circular fashion.

What will you do?

• Research and design end-to-end user experience
• Work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products.
• Develop and implement processes and guidelines for User Experience
• Conduct product inception with product owners to understand the product requirements
• Develop a sense of empathy with the users, and create usable products through the understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography

What are we looking for?

• A strong background in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or related.
• Strong online portfolio of past works demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs including concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Experience in planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability test), analyse quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insights
• Experience with UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive designs
• Experience in HTML, CSS3 or JavaScript and how they inform design and interaction decisions.
• Ability to convey ideas through variety of methods, such as storytelling, storyboards and mood boards
• Good problem-solving aptitude and an analytical mind with a business acumen.
