· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 5.45pm)

Main Responsibilities:

· Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission and processing labour cost

· Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes

· Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation

· Administer employees leave, attendance, welfare and benefits

· Assist in HR matters in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise

· Submission of all government claims

· Prepare monthly HR reports

· Support in developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures

· Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances

· Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

· Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent

· At least 5 years of relevant experience

· Positive and able to work under fast-paced environment

· Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations

- Preferably 1 year experience in Teaching Piano

- Have guided students for Music Exams

- Training will be provided

Working Hours:

- Full time: 44 hours per week, Part time: Min. 20 hours per week

- School Opening Hours:

Weekdays 12.00 – 9.00pm

Weekends 9.00am – 7.00pm

Off on Public Holidays

- Full time: 2 Off Days

- Able to Teach in groups of 4
