The Candidate:

Reporting to ­­­the Project Director, the successful candidate will be responsible to deliver all aspects of startup ecosystem engagement, innovation challenges and partnership collaboration of the event lifecycle. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Business Collaboration

• Partner with APCJ HH to understand market dynamics and strategize supply to meet changing market demands
• Collaborate cross-functionally with APCJ HH, CMC, Regulatory and other functions to ensure the right supply into markets at the right timing
• Maintain close alignment with Global stakeholders to propose and implement supply strategies suitable for APCJ

Franchise Planning

• Support Sites and relevant Planners to establish replenishment plans across the planning horizon to work within min / maximum inventory targets
• Maintain supply alignment with relevant Planners for non-AP sources including that of ExM / CMO
• Oversee Bulk & API planning for Sites to ensure alignment with Global Supply Strategies
• Manage and Optimize E2E Supply Chain inventory; responsible for advising inventory strategy, parameters and targets at each supply chain node
• Led the review and business case support for COMET inventory parameter management

Packaging Strategy

• Point of Contact for the Manufacturing Division to support key strategic decisions (VCM, Ops U lead)

• Manages employee full lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, including letter preparation, work pass management, system maintenance and physical on and offboarding works
