• Derive recommendations from analysis that have impact on multiple teams and provide significant business value
• Resolve sales operational issues end to end in a timely manner.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of industry experience in data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, etc.)
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, SQL, Python and manipulating large data sets
• Deep expertise in data visualization software (QuickSight, Tableau) for effective data and insights presentation.
• Strong and effective written and oral communication to convey findings, with a track record of presenting to senior management

Preferred qualifications

• Great organizational skills and attention to detail; able to execute and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company (e.g., cloud, SaaS, PaaS)
• Experience working with Salesforce, Anaplan
• Able to operate in a lean, fast-paced organization—turning ideas into concrete action plans
• Able to develop strong and productive relationships across peer organizations that foster collaboration and best practice sharing
