• Acts as the Weichert Workforce Mobility main point of contact regarding the assignee’s relocation process and assignment policy application. Oversees the delivery of relocation and assignment services to assignees and their families using Weichert’s best practices and service standards to ensure a high-quality service delivery experience.
• Administers the relocation and assignment processes according to the client’s specifications and following Weichert’s standard operating procedures.
• Conducts a thorough needs assessment at the onset of the engagement to establish the assignee’s specific requirements and address any custom needs. • Acts as a liaison between the AMS Tax and Compensation team and client/customer service team and facilitates the expense management process.
• Prepares assignment letter of understanding (LOU) in accordance with client policies and assignment specific parameters.
• Reviews and evaluates exception requests and challenging situations, and provides solutions to clients in the support of move-based scenarios that arise. • Responsible for the accurate and timely documenting of conversations, exceptions, and correspondence in the system. Maintains file documentation and ensures data integrity. Adheres to Weichert’s privacy and policies standards at all times.

• Under the direct responsibility of the Division manager of Client Marketing and Lifecyle, the WITT CLC stream lead will be in charge of managing the IT activities for the Client LifeCycle stream of the Wealth Management Transformation Program.
• The main mission will be to take in charge project management tasks (planning, budget, risks, committee’s preparation, vendor management, etc.) and coordinate activities between project stakeholders (WMIS teams, Production teams, Business and Operations teams).

⇒ Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate WITT team with Division Manager including detailed yearly capacity plan with associated tasks.
• Define, narrow and freeze stream scope and out of scope.
• Design and monitor Roadmap in coordination with Division capacity plan, ensuring WITT program target milestone is reached.
• Draft and maintain Stream ID Card.
• Identify dependencies and risks whether with other streams or other projects (ADM or Transformation).
• Participates in weekly OPCO and other instances on request.
• Organize and manage monthly Steering committee
• Monitor budget of the stream based on WITT instructions.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to WITT program management.
• Monitor stream progress and stream delivery (quality and adequacy to planning).
• Validation instance preparation in respect to WMIS governance.

• Bachelors in Information Technology or any related field required.
• Min 10 years of experience as service delivery manager within banking industry ideally in wealth management.
• Strong track records of delivering large scale projects (>3 mEUR).
• Proven experience on managing delivery team and senior management stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of integration/migration project.
• Good knowledge of banking processes especially on Front Office tools.
